2nd Home Tour Slated for March 30

 

Successful Caravan Prompts Realtors to Schedule Next Event

 

PLYMOUTH, N.H. (March 6, 2009) – With the success of the first home caravan, Plymouth area Realtors are once more joining forces to showcase each other’s listings on March 30.

 

The group held a successful tour of properties in Holderness, Ashland, Plymouth and Rumney on Feb. 24 – a day later than initially planned because of a 10-inch snowfall. A home tour, or caravan, enables agents to review a home and get a tour inside before it’s shown to a potential buyer.

 

“This is a great way for local realtors to highlight their listings to other real estate professionals and network in a really meaningful way,” said Tara Gowen of Gowen Realty and organizer of the March tour.

 

Realtors on the February tour included Deb Holland of Peabody & Smith, Gowen and June Thomas of Pine Shores Realty. And the caravan is growing. Realtors already signed on for the March 30 tour are Peabody & Smith, Pine Shores Realty, Town and Forest Realty, Mclane Realty and Gowen Realty.

 

In addition to touring houses, the Realtors group will meet March 31 at 9:30 a.m. to hear Ann Dow, vice president and residential loan officer of Woodsville Guaranty savings bank in Plymouth, speak about the bank’s services.
